In a dream nothing is stable for very long. It is precisely this quality of the dreamworld which allows lucid dreamers to conduct reality checks. If you're not familiar with the terminology a reality check is a way of testing whether or not you are in a dream.
A classic example would be to look at some text, look away and look back again. If the text changes then you know you're in a dream.
The unstable nature of dreams also plays itself out in my drawings. I only really have 2 or 3 seconds to memorise each drawing before they morph into something else.
Sometimes the images change into something unrelated. Sometimes they progress along an obvious theme. As you can see it is this thematic progression that played itself out in these two most recent drawings.
